Neurobiology.Dev:About

Welcome!

Hey there! My name is Terry and I am a PhD Neuroscience student and programmer working in the Lai Lab at UCLA. Most of my work focuses around detecting transcriptomic modifications, such as m6A, in gliomaspheres, which requires a lot of programming and processing. Therefore, the purpose of this site is to catalog my work, store my protocols, organize my data, and keep track of my PhD progress. Most of my current protocols are listed on the main page, which includes step-by-step processing guides, as well as references to code I have used for data presentation and analysis. At the top, you can find links to these posts and data records. Enjoy!
